The old girls are now laying about a dozen a day again. The new girls haven't started up yet, hopefully within the next month or so. I recommend calling ahead to see what we have and ask for a hold on stuff as demand will definitely outstrip the supply we have. I also don't recommend coming before 8am right now as I haven't been getting up early enough to get the barn opened early.

Scarlett had her litter on 12/15/25. We expect piglets to be ready to go to their new homes on or after 2/9/26, depending on when mom weans them and the boys are healed from castration. We always do 2 rounds of wormer, castrate the boars, and train them to hot wire fencing. Depending on their size they may be started on nipple training for water barrels at 8 weeks old. Milly's litter is due around 2/22-2/24, so there will be more babies available late April if February is too early for you or...

I am going to try and get some fresh herbs out in the stand including Thyme, Sage, and Rosemary. We likely won't have any chicken eggs but we should have duck eggs, pork, and various squashes and pumpkins.
