This gorgeous beefy bean burrito is our future Boer stud, Halsin. He is an ABGA registered 100% Boer buck. We plan to do dairy crosses with him for meat when we don't need more dairy does. We're looking forward to seeing how he develops, he's a real good looking boy. The ladies seem to think so too, they keep flirting with him and ignoring poor Rex. People have been asking about quarters since we started offering hogs for sale, as half and whole hogs are simply a lot for most people. While none of the local butchers seem to offer a quarter option, we've decided to try and do a work around for folks. You pre order and pay for your pork like you would a half or whole, but instead of sending in a cut sheet for each person, we send in one and we divide the pig up evenly amongst the buyers and you can then pick it up at the farm.
