Recipes: Pumpkin & Squash Soup

Fall is my favorite season. Pumpkin and squash everything, roasted and baked, made into fritters, pies, and soup. This pumpkin and squash soup is a favorite of mine. We have Kabochas at the stand and should have some butternut coming up soon. Or you could substitute for a New England Sugar Pie pumpkin or a Rouge Vif d'Etampes pumpkin. Enjoy!
