We have an order in for a boatload of ducklings this spring in the hopes we will have duck eggs to offer in the fall of 2025, based on the many, many, many, many requests for duck eggs we have gotten. Our chickens are starting to pick up speed on egg laying again, but it's still not enough quite yet to sell. We want to hit a dozen a day reliably so we're not taking 3 days to put together a dozen eggs. Hopefully by February we're at or near that point. We'll let y'all know when we get there! Most importantly, the price will still be $5, which is apparently less than the grocery store now, eeesh. Our feeder pigs go to freezer camp mid February. We still have a couple of pigs availble if you're interested, please reach out to us! We don't know when our next litter of piglets will be on the ground yet, we're working on trying to get two different ladies pregnant currently. Our goats are hopefully being bred this weekend and with any luck we'll have some kids on the ground May-June. We have a very large order in for fruit and nut trees for this spring to start out food forest finally! Going to be busy planting all spring. I need to pick up a few supplies and then I'll be busy getting seedlings started in the greenhouse so we hopefully have some produce later this year! Can't wait to plant this Kabocha squash!
