I planted 1,100 cells of various veggies and herbs back in February, plus I have some things to plant in ground late April after the last frost date. There's several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, tomatillo, Yod Fah, lettuce and other greens including mizuna and French sorrel. There's a number of basil varieties, cumin, cilantro, sweet marjoram, savory and more! I are testing to see if I can get ginger to sprout. For in ground plants later this year I plan on having carrots, winter squash, pumpkins, potatoes, cucumbers, green beans, onions and garlic. Next year I hope to have a lot more growing as I finish building out the greenhouse and garden beds.
